SHIRAZ URBAN RAILWAY, EHSAN & GOL-E-SORKH STATIONS

Shiraz metro line 1 with the length of 24.5 kilometer and 20 stations, is the second longest metro line after Tehran metro. Design studies of the first and last stations of this line and also the terminal parking has been carried out by PSCE.

Project description:

Basic project information was collected and client’s viewpoints were received and the following services were provided:

1. Basic design and detailed design of Gol-e-Sorkh station with an approximate length of 4,500 sq m
2. Basic design and detailed design of Ehsan station with an approximate length of 4,300 sq m
3. Basic design and detailed design of Ehsan stop with an approximate length of 21,000 sq m

After design stage, quality assurance and site supervision services were also awarded to PSCE with following scope of work:

1. Quality assurance and site supervision of Gol-e-Sorkh and Ehsan stations and Ehsan parking
2. Preparing tender documents for procurement of fire resistant and low-smoke cables for Ehsan parking, Ehsan and stations, bidding the tender and supervising all site works.
3. Preparing tender documents for procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of 16 elevators and 24 escalators, tender bidding and site supervision services.
