Project Description
Parand new town is located in the southwest of Tehran, kilometer 30 of Tehran-Saveh highway. It is around 17,000 hectares which includes a residential area in the north and an industrial area in the south.
Project description:
Contract services commenced at the specified time. The project involved construction of 38,000 residential units with an area of 480 hectares. Site supervision services on the construction process of Mehr residential buildings and area landscaping, were included in PSCE scope of work.
