Khorramshahr Port

Khorramshahr Port, with an area of about 230 hectares and having 19 piers with an approximate length of 2,471 meters, has 225,462 square meters of open warehouse and 126,056 square meters of roofed warehouses and administrative and service buildings. This complex requires renovation, supervision and preventive maintenance services of the buildings, facilities and equipment. This project was assigned to PSCE for 8 years.

Project description:

1. Completing and adding the identification of buildings and all structures and nameless places to the software
2. Preparing a schedule for visits
3. Observation and preparing the required checklists of the marine buildings and structures, transferring the information and issuing an agenda for referral to repair contractors
4. Monitoring the operation of the facility

Additional services related to the above mentioned:

1. Coordination services, preparation of a financial plan, examination and approval of project cost estimation, review and preparation of a financial plan, provision of required information for the establishment of the annual budget
2. Preparation of the overall timeline for the implementation of the plan, including detailed design, procurement of materials and equipment, inspection and transportation, construction and installation operations, testing and delivery of work
3. Preparing the estimation and tender documents of the similar projects and holding the tender and selecting the contractors
4. Monitoring the services of contractors for over 78 contracts
