Design of Binalood Terminal Station

Binalood is a new town in Khorasan province located 60 km southwest of Mashhad, near Neyshaboor, in Binalood mountain domain. The area of this town is about 3300 hectares, 1100 hectares of which is residential.

Project description:

The project is on a land with an area of 23 hectares to be used as the terminal station of the urban rail with MRT-LRT-BRT systems. In phase I, this project aims to design the following buildings:

1. A Parking lot with an approximate area of 8,000 square meters
2. Platforms with an approximate area of 5,000 square meters
3. Warehouse and Buildings for parking, repair and maintenance of the LRT system with an approximate area of 23,000 square meters
4. Warehouse and buildings for parking, repair and maintenance of the MRT system with an approximate area of 26,000 square meters
5. Required space for ticket sales, operation and control centers, office space and communication spaces between the MRT and LRT and BRT systems with an approximate area of 8,000 square meters
6. Open areas including entrances and exits for the vehicles, green space, railway, enough space for line change, bypassing and returning of vehicles with an approximate area of 150,000 square meters
7. Required space for parking, repair and maintenance of BRT system with an approximate area of 8,000 square meters
8. A building meant for parking, repair and maintenance of BRT system with an approximate area of 2,000 square meters
9. A two-story commercial building with an approximate area of 10,000 square meters
