Project title

Consultancy services (quality assurance and site supervision) for construction of Amir Abad port including: network improvement, surface water collection, landscaping, design and development of the guard building, police station building and leveling of the eastern lands

Project Description

The project is located in Amir Abad port. According to the approved Comprehensive Plan, a 1000-hectare land is allocated to this port, which will be increased to 2000 hectares in future. Based on a 2-year contract (extendable upon mutual agreement) the following services are provided:

  1. Designing all port structures: At initial stage, preparing the development plan of the coast guard which is 4000 square meters and designing the eastern lands of the port (200 hectares)
  2. Site investigation to determine the amount of work yet to be done and preparation of tender documents for contractor selection and also administering the project
  3. Surveying the land between the old and the new routes with an area of around 80 hectares
  4. Preparation of as built survey of the whole land of which the initial reports are being prepared
  5. Quality assurance and supervision of all the running projects and future projects
