The main scope of management consultancy and QA/QC services on planning, design, construction and operation of New Towns rail, road and traffic network system (Pardis City) are focused at following items:

• traffic, rail and road transportation systems evaluation for in-town and suburban of the new towns
• Study and assessment of actual condition of new towns rail, road and traffic systems and provide solutions as well as topic of the required projects
• Design of the suburban rail network for the new towns
• Carrying-out detailed and specific traffic studies
