Tehran Hotel and Karbala International Hotel

Karbala is a city in central Iraq, located about 100 km (62 miles) southwest of Baghdad and a few miles west of Euphrates river. Thehran hotel building has been built on a land of about 9,600 square meters with an area of about 1,200 square meters in 8 floors. Due to the lack of engineering documents and quality control, the design, rehabilitation and retrofitting services have been delegated to this consultant.

Project description:

Providing services including:

• Collecting information of the existing conditions and quality control tests
• Providing a retrofitting plan
• Architectural redesign and completion of design documentation
• Designing electrical and mechanical installations and preparing calculation report and construction drawings
• Estimation and providing tender documents
